Jean-Claude Schlaepfer was born in 1961. He studied at Geneva's Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique. Awarded several distinctions, he embarked on a career as a composer, and teaches music at various colleges. For over 15 years, Jean-Claude Schlaepfer has been a regular visitor to Vercorin, in particular to compose.
