Lecture no. 13 – When sex chromosomes come into play

Stallion, gelding or mare, what difference does it make?

What influence does sex have on the horse’s day-to-day management? Should training be adapted for mares in heat? Are there differences in performance depending on the discipline? Will sterilising my horse solve the problems? What should I know before breeding my horse?
A one-day conference for all those who have questions about choosing a horse’s sex, the consequences for day-to-day life and work, sterilisation and breeding until the foal arrives.
