Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures, breathing and meditation to help calm the mind and reduce stress.
Courses start on 6 January 2025 and end on 25 May 2025.
Classes are held in groups of no more than 8 people, for a personalised, dynamic and comprehensive learning experience suitable for all levels.
Winter timetable
Monday 10.00am: Hatah Yoga, a restorative style
Monday 6.30pm: Gentle Hatah Vinyasa
Tuesday 8.15am: Senior Yoga. Strengthening the body and preventing the effects of osteoporosis, operations and injuries.
Wednesday 8.15am: Slow Yoga morning (Hatah)
Wednesday 9.30am: Yoga Seniors, for the 60+, a restorative style
Wednesday 5.30pm: Dynamic Vinyasa Hatah
