A spring plant by excellence, wild garlic is a variety of wild leek that can be picked in the undergrowth from March to mid-April.
Armed with a basket and accompanied by a wild plant enthusiast, you will learn to recognise wild garlic and not to confuse it with other potentially toxic plants.
After a few hours in the forest, your guide will teach you a recipe for bear's garlic pesto that will add a delicious springtime touch to your dishes.
