The Christmas Village takes place in the Place de l'Eglise throughout December.
Christmas Village
The Avenches Christmas Village invites you to the church square from 1 to 21 December 2025.
In a magical setting, you will find chalets, illuminated Christmas trees and various activities. Young and old alike can enjoy entertainment, children's workshops and giant games such as ‘foot-pool’ and ‘POK’ tables.
Admission is free, allowing everyone to share a warm moment with family or friends over mulled wine and seasonal specialities.
Activities for children
From Wednesday to Sunday, except Friday 5 December, your children can enjoy Christmas workshops organised by ARPEJE, from 2pm to 6pm.
No registration is required; simply visit the ARPEJE stand in the Christmas Village!
Pony rides organised by Ferme des Biolles will also take place on Monday 1 December 2025, on the Place de l'Eglise for the official opening of the Christmas Village at 5pm.
This year, a stand selling hot chestnuts and crêpes will be open during the children's activities (Wednesday to Sunday, from 2pm to 6pm, except on 5, 6 and 7 December 2025).
