The author Philippine de Gréa will be presenting the latest volume in her series ‘Les Chevaux d'Avenches’ during a guided tour and reading
As part of Swiss Read Aloud Day, author and Reading Day ambassador Philippine de Gréa will host a special reading at the Swiss National Stud Farm in Avenches. She will read extracts from her new book *Spectacle au Haras*, which immerses young readers in the fascinating world of the National Stud Farm. Philippine de Gréa is a renowned author of children’s books, including the “Chevaux d’Avenches” series, as well as “Frissons Suisses” and the historical spy series “Marguerite et Mme de Staël”.
A guided tour of the National Stud Farm will be included as part of the reading, allowing participants to discover the unique features of this heritage site in Switzerland whilst following the story being told. After the reading and the tour of the Stud Farm, light refreshments will be served.
Participation is free, but prior registration is required.
The event is aimed at children aged 6 to 10, as well as their parents or accompanying adults.
