A journey into the world of the tastes and aromas of Roman cuisine. The preparation of different specialities to obtain a complete menu, according to original recipes, while respecting the rule of "ab ovo usque ad mala" - from eggs to apples.
All this is accompanied by stories and anecdotes about our Roman ancestors at the table.

Cooking workshop - special schools
Introduction to the tastes and aromas of Roman cuisine, the history of the foods used and table manners. Preparation of a "Roman buffet".
- For classes from 7H onwards up to 25 children and accompanying persons.

- Duration of the workshop: approx. 2 hours, plus tasting (replaces a picnic)
