Cooking workshop – CULINA
A journey into the world of the tastes and aromas of Roman cuisine. The preparation of different specialities to obtain a complete menu, according to original recipes, while respecting the rule of “ab ovo usque ad mala” – from eggs to apples. All this is accompanied by stories and anecdotes about our Roman ancestors at the table.
– For groups of up to 20 people
– Language: French, German or Italian
– Duration of the workshop: 2 hours, plus tasting
– Price: CHF 600 for groups of up to 8 people / CHF 50 for each additional person
– Drinks and spiced wine included (payment on site)

Cooking workshop – special schools
Introduction to the tastes and aromas of Roman cuisine, the history of the foods used and table manners. Preparation of a “Roman buffet”.
– For classes from 7H onwards up to 25 children and accompanying persons.
– Language: French, German or Italian
– Duration of the workshop: approx. 2 hours, plus tasting (replaces a picnic)
– Price: CHF 750. – per workshop, drinks included (payment on site)
– Meeting point: SMRA depot (rte de Berne 23)
