Introduction to the tastes and aromas of Roman cuisine, the history of the foods used and table manners. Preparation of a “Roman buffet”.

For classes from 7H onwards up to 25 children and accompanying persons.
Language: French, German or Italian
Duration of the workshop: approx. 2 hours, plus tasting (replaces a picnic)
Price: CHF 750. – per workshop, drinks included (payment on site)
Meeting point: SMRA depot (rte de Berne 23)
